Problems with Airline tax credit
Innovage is trying to solve following problems in Airline Tax Credit using state of the art technologies and innovations:
Loss of credit
Companies are unable to avail the credit in relation to airline invoices which impacts their working capital.
Outside ERP System
Currently Airline invoices are outside the AP process as agent’s invoice are getting booked into the ERP system
Compliance risk
Due to incorrect return filing & non-availability of document when client is taking ITC on the basis of 2A
No database and MIS
Currently no system to keep all airline invoices and breakup in one place and no MIS for management
No exception reporting
Missing GSTIN number in invoice; details of such invoices are not available with the companies
Knowledge Gap
Companies are unaware on availability of such ITC or do not have technology to handle Voluminous data.
